• Can I hire you for professional services, even if I do not use your software?

  Yes, you can use our professional services even if you do not use our software, but the benefits of our software for buildings, facilities and companies are enormous. We’ll be happy to show you how and why.

• How can I get started?

• How much time does it take to scan plans or enter data?

  Turnaround times vary based on the size of the project, but we make things quick and easy. We’ll provide you with a free estimate so that you can see everything up front before you make a decision.

• Can you scan documents in color?

  Yes, we can scan in color, black/white, and gray scale.

• Can you scan different size sheets?

  Yes, we can scan sheets up to 36” wide.

• What level of quality do you scan at?

  We scan at high quality 400 DPI.

• How many sheets can you scan/day?

  This will depend on sheet size, condition, color, binding and paper type, but we can generally scan between to 100 to 300 sheets per day.

• Do I need to provide plastic bins for my printed plans?

  You may provide your own bins, or we will provide them at no extra cost.

• Will I need to dedicate resources or personnel to this and if so who, what and for how long?

  Depending on which service you choose, you may need to provide us with someone who has access to plans and, if we are onsite, to electrical rooms.

• What do I get after my plans are scanned?

  We will provide you with an external drive with all your digital plans, asset information and a comprehensive report.

• Are there any additional or hidden costs?

  There are no hidden costs.

• Do you travel anywhere in the U.S.?

  Yes.

• How much do you charge to travel to us?

  Prices vary based on location. We will bill for roundtrip travel, hotel, and travel-related costs. We can provide you with a free estimate in advance so that you have all the information you need to make a decision.
