How does my data get onboarded?
We offer three simple options to onboard your data:
1) You can do it yourself. CriticalAsset is easy for even the most non-technical users to get up and running. And our Customer Success Team is always available to support you and your team.
2) We can do it together. Our onboarding experts can assist you with as little or as much data onboarding as you need, including uploading and organizing all your building plans and asset data.
3) Let us do it. We can do all the heavy lifting. CriticalAsset’s onboarding experts use our Rapid Onboarding Technology to quickly, securely and accurately scan, digitize, organize and import plans, documents, assets and asset data. -
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your paid subscription period and you will not be billed again. If you change your mind after you’ve cancelled, you can reactivate your account at any time. Your data will be preserved securely and never lost.
