Account Directors at CriticalAsset are responsible for the well-being of the agency’s key accounts, working with clients and creative teams to grow and deepen our relationships. Account Directors report to CriticalAsset’s Managing Director.

AS AN ACCOUNT DIRECTOR YOU WILL:

• Make sure that we’re doing all we can for our clients, and more
• Be their advocate and advisor
• Represent them when they’re not in the room, and be there for them when (and preferably before) they need us

TO BE MORE SPECIFIC, YOU WILL:

• Make plans for how to grow and deepen those relationships (with plenty of help from the rest of us)
• Make those plans happen (with even more help from the rest of us)
• Work with our clients on their long-term strategy and goals, looking far beyond any current projects
